It is becoming increasingly evident that we need to deepen our commitment in this industry to find improved paths forward to respond differently to our immediate and future challenges. We know that Lean comes with its many misconceptions, yet this approach continues to surface as a proven method and a key executional strategy to improve the delivery of capital projects. In our industry, we know that Lean started with the contractors, however there are still untapped possibilities and much expansion needed if we are truly to optimize the whole value chain delivering capital project.  We know that Lean has just begun in design with emergent recognition of the benefits of applying this beyond only construction. And we are only just starting to talk about the connections in the true total value chain of capital project delivery starting with our owners capital planning processes and book-ended by ongoing asset life cycle management.  This webinar will introduce the use of Lean strategies and operating systems that can be used by organizations to improve their own businesses and that can be leverages along the whole project life cycle to improve our project delivery performances.
